HR Strategy Consultant

Hourly Pay: $50 - $90/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
• Develop strategic HR plans to optimize recruitment, development, and retention
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Analyze performance management and employee engagement systems
• Recommend HR technologies that enhance processes and decision-making
• Guide change management efforts and support organizational transformations

Provide insights on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

Prepare strategic reports and presentations on HR performance

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

5+ years in HR strategy consulting or senior HR leadership

Proven success in implementing HR strategies that support growth

Strong understanding of talent management and HR transformation

Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple projects independently

• Proficient in HR software, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office
