Intermediate Level, Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA (fully remote). The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00/hr.

• Source candidates by utilizing job boards such as Linked In and niche platforms to identify and attract potential candidates for technical positions.
• Review resumes and conduct phone screenings/initial interviews to assess candidates’ competencies and skills.
• Coordinate and conduct technical interviews and assessments in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay informed regarding industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and technological advancements to effectively attract top talent.

• Experience in technical recruiting and full‑cycle recruiting.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Paycom.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
