Our mission is to make professional development simple, engaging, and impactful—anytime, anywhere. We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across multiple departments. Responsibilities:
● Source and screen candidates using job boards, Linked In, employee referrals
● Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring team throughout the process
● Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience

What we’re looking for:

● 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
● Strong communication and organizational skills
● Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in learning and development
● Fluent in English, both written and spoken
