Position: Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager (GTM focus - EMEA and USA)

Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager (GTM focus – EMEA and USA)

Senior recruiter based in Paris, focused on go‑to‑market talent acquisition for the US and EMEA sales teams. You will drive pipeline, candidate experience, hiring manager partnership and recruitment process improvement.

Key responsibilities
  • Source and attract top sales and marketing talent across multiple channels (Linked In, Teamtailor, Waalaxy, dust, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, improve assessment criteria and accelerate decision making.
  • Deliver a white‑glove candidate experience throughout the full recruitment cycle.
  • Own end‑to‑end process improvements: interview training, quality of assessments, employer brand, time‑to‑fill.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to forecast hiring plans and prioritize recruiting projects.
Essential qualifications
  • Native English speaker (US native preferred) and fluent French.
  • Proven experience sourcing relevant candidates with advanced Boolean search skills.
  • Strong ability to partner with managers, improve assessment and drive hiring decisions.
  • Experience as an in‑house recruiter in a fast‑growth startup environment.
  • Background in sales or GTM recruitment is a strong advantage.
Preferred (but not required)
  • Structured interview methodology implementation.
  • Experience building the employer brand and employer value proposition.
Interview process
  • First call with Antoine – manager fit and mutual assessment.
  • Business case – live exercises and work sample.
  • Cultural fit interview with executive managers (onsite).
  • Final interview with CEO – vision, ambitions and final evaluation.
