Overview
A client is looking to bring on a HRIS Analyst specialized in Workday VNDLY to join their team. This company is well known in the financial advisory space. They are looking for someone who has 5+ years of experience on Workday HCM configuration, proven experience with integrations, and oversee projects in an end-to-end capacity including planning, design, testing, and release. Workday Integration Pro Certification is necessary.
This is more of a functional position versus technical. Experience on talent, security, and compensations features are important. Strong business experience is required, ideally experience in scaled enterprise businesses with sensitive HR Data. You ll be partnering with another consultant on this and gathering requirements. This is a smaller team within the organization, so they have a tight knit group that needs a self-starter who can take strategies and initiatives and hit the ground running.
This team is an extremely collaborative team with a lot of confidence. Contract Duration: 6 months + possible conversion in local.

- 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM
- 2+ years of experience with Workday benefits, core connector, and 2 full benefits integrations completed.
- Experience in talent, security, and compensation modules
