Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Overview
This position is hybrid for those residing or relocating to Washington State. While much of the work may be performed remotely, in-person meetings and on-site presence may be necessary depending on operational needs.
Position SummaryWhy It’s a Great Opportunity: In this role, you will support our Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and protected leave compliance programs. You will conduct intake and investigations of EEO complaints, participate in the ADA interactive process, and help coordinate reasonable accommodations. You will also assist with matters involving the intersection of disability accommodation and protected leave.
You will analyze information, assess compliance with applicable laws and County policies, and prepare written findings, recommendations, correspondence, and reports. You will maintain accurate and confidential case records and track timelines to support timely case movement. You will provide guidance and consultation to employees, supervisors, and departments and support our policy development, training, and outreach efforts.
Additional work may include research, special projects, and providing backup support for related compliance functions.
