- Support resume, Linked In, and interview strategy
- Help candidates interpret Employability Scores and role matches
- Track outcomes and candidate progress
- Proven experience in career coaching, recruiting, or leadership development
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Experience with professionals in competitive fields preferred
- Steady flow of motivated candidates
- Platform-enabled matching and insights
- Freedom to focus on coaching, not lead generation
