- Create and maintain all hiring requisition data within the applicant tracking system.
- Serve as the centralized point of contact for net‑new and backfill requisition requests, ensuring smooth approvals and timely creation.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with business managers, hiring managers, recruiters, and admins to ensure accurate requisition setup.
- Ensure data accuracy across all recruiting systems and communicate updates to the appropriate partners.
- Support the Talent Operations team with high‑volume tasks and ad hoc operational needs.
- 5+ years of experience in a fast‑paced professional environment, ideally supporting recruiting, coordination, or operations.
- Proficiency with MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with Azure Dev Ops
. - Ability to manage high-volume requests while maintaining accuracy and composure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong discretion and confidentiality practices.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize independently, exercise sound judgment, and elevate issues appropriately.
