About the job IT Recruiter (100% Remote)

Source Code is a global STEM consultingand workforce solutions firm that works 100's of large enterprise clients within
Government, Health Care, Banking/Finance, and Technology sectors.
Most of our team is based out of Toronto, but we service clients globally,
Responsibilities:
- Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
- Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.
Must Have:
- 1+ years of IT recruitment
Nice to have:
- Experience working within health care
- Experience hiring of public sector positions with the Canadian Government
