Sourcer

An educational organization in Manhattan is seeking a Sourcer to assist in recruiting efforts. This ongoing assignment offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates with an upbeat, professional demeanor. Ideally 1 year of sourcing or recruiting coordination experience.

Location: Hybrid, On-site Tuesday-Thursday, Work From Home Monday & Friday

Pay: $30-35 per hour

Hours: 9-5

Responsibilities:

• Source high-quality candidates for teaching roles using Linked In, Indeed, and Handshake.
• Maintain a high volume of outreach daily, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) with approximately 300 outreach efforts per day.
• Engage with potential candidates, ensuring professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive candidate experience.
• Leverage Gem (a sourcing tool) to enhance your sourcing efforts (prior experience with Gem is a plus, but not required).
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure sourcing efforts align with recruitment strategies and deadlines.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in high-volume sourcing or recruiting coordination within a professional environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like Linked In, Indeed, and Handshake.
• Ability to hit daily outreach targets.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Positive, proactive, and “go-getter” attitude—must be polished and able to represent the company well.
