Position: HRIS Manager (Payroll/Absence)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the research, design, and maintenance of Workday North America Payroll and associated integrations
  • Provide functional and technical expertise to Payroll and Benefits teams for efficient Workday usage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for critical updates impacting Payroll processing
  • Manage twice-yearly Workday Release updates
  • Improve user experience and data processing efficiency in HR systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS degree from an accredited institution, preferably in HR, computer science, information systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Workday North America Payroll and Payroll Integration experience
  • Prior experience in data validation and testing
  • Strong understanding of absence and payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to create complex payroll reports
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Prior experience in HR Technology implementation/configuration for Payroll, Benefits, or Absence
  • Familiarity with integration between Workday and external systems, such as Workforce
  • Experience managing non-US payroll integrations and absence configurations
