HR Manager, Talent Manager, Employee Relations, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Our client is an expanding organization within the medical device industry, committed to innovation, quality, and building a strong, people‑first culture. They are seeking a Senior Human Resources Operations Manager to oversee the full scope of human resources functions and serve as a strategic partner to leadership during a period of growth. This role is ideal for a hands‑on HR leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys building scalable HR programs while shaping company culture.
Remote position but MUST currently reside on the East Coast U.S.
Position OverviewThe Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR services across the organization, including onboarding, running payroll and benefits administration, HRIS implementation and management, compliance, and policy development. As a key member of the HR team, this individual will play a critical role in defining, developing, and sustaining a positive and compliant workplace culture aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources Operations- Employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management
- Payroll administration and ensure accurate, timely processing in partnership with internal teams or external vendors
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, renewals, employee education, and vendor relationships
- Own and manage the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process optimization. Develop HR metrics and dashboards to support leadership decision‑making
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain and update employee handbooks, HR policies, and procedures
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management
- Support leadership in building and reinforcing a strong, values‑driven company culture
- Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
- Support organizational growth through workforce planning and scalable HR processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in HR within Medical Device and or Pharma required
- Experience working within a start‑up medical device organization
- Min. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including hands‑on ownership of core HR functions
- Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, HRIS platforms, and employment law
- Experience supporting compliance in a regulated environment (medical device, life sciences, healthcare, or similar)

- Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Base Salary $130,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus Potential to 15%
