Location: Training in Bridgewater 90 days - Home office will be New Brunswick!

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Part-Time | 4 days per week | 20 hours total

We are a full-service staffing agency seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support both recruiting and administrative functions. This is a hands-on, in-office role ideal for someone looking to gain experience in recruiting, HR, and office operations.

This role blends recruiting and administrative responsibilities, including:

• Assisting with recruiting efforts, candidate outreach, and follow-up
• Answering phones and responding to text messages professionally
• Processing onboarding paperwork and employment documentation
• Conducting reference checks
• Coordinating drug screenings and candidate assessments
• Assisting with payroll and timecard processing
• Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
• Supporting day-to-day administrative operations of a full-service staffing desk
