Applied Intuition is headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, with a global network of offices.

We are an in‑office company. Employees are expected to work from the Sunnyvale office five days a week, with flexibility for occasional remote work as needed.

We are seeking 2025/2026 university graduates to start a career in recruiting. This rare opportunity is for highly ambitious individuals who want non‑linear career growth by joining one of the top high‑growth companies in Silicon Valley early. You will participate in Applied Intuition’s entry‑level recruiting academy (100+ hours of recorded material, live instruction, practical on‑the‑job training) and then help build a generational software company as a full‑time member of the recruiting team.

• Recruit and interview prospective candidates
• Represent the company as an external ambassador of a top high‑growth startup
• Become an expert on the AI, automotive, and autonomous systems industries
• Identify procedural improvements for Applied Intuition’s recruiting efforts
• Provide management with data and metrics on recruiting efforts
• Manage a calendar of recruiting events

• A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• High EQ and the ability to quickly build rapport with candidates and employees
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A competitive nature

• Leadership experience on sports teams, clubs, organizations, etc.

Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401(k) retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary by jurisdiction.

Base salary range for this full‑time position in Sunnyvale, California: $72,000 – $84,000 annually.
