Senior HR Business Partner (Remote). This role shapes HR policies and practices that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. You will address employee inquiries, guide performance management strategies, facilitate development programs, and support onboarding and offboarding to create a seamless employee experience. Collaborating closely with teams across various regions, you will drive initiatives that promote compliance and optimize talent management. Your expertise will foster a vibrant company culture focused on collaboration and innovation.
Accountabilities- Policy creation and implementation
- Benefits administration and support for employee inquiries
- Handling employee relations and conflict resolution
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coaching on performance management and goal setting
- Coordinating training and development initiatives
- Managing leave requests and ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Providing daily inquiries support on US Immigration
- Assisting with compensation administration
- 7-10 years of HR experience with a focus on benefits and employee relations
- Experience with in SaaS organizations, preferably in healthcare/health tech
- Proven ability to work with global teams across multiple regions
- Hands‑on experience with ADP for payroll and performance management
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, HR certification preferred
