Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Cluster Recruitment unit in the team. In this role, you will partner with Cluster Domain Chiefs and our institutions’ HR teams to deliver innovative staffing solutions to build a steady pipeline of nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals for its institutions.
ResponsibilitiesCreate a strong branding strategy which will position the company as the institution of choice in healthcare.
Develop and implement progressive recruitment strategies, policies and processes that attract healthcare professionals to join institution.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to explore new and creative recruitment initiatives to expand sources of talent pool for the cluster.
Provide regular data analytics reports on recruitment yield to senior management and key stakeholders.
Recognized degree in any discipline
At least 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. Prior experience in healthcare talent acquisition role will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build credibility across organizations
Independent, resourceful team player.

5-day work week (42-hour week), able to work from home on selected days of the weekReports to Director, Strategic HR
Salary Range:
Salary commensurate based on experiencePreferably with experience in healthcare recruitment for job families under nursing and allied health, or involved in cluster level recruitment strategies to build future manpower pipeline
