• Schedule and coordinate assessment activities (interviews) with candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare interview materials and provide candidate coordination services
• Monitor and respond to inquiries in the Talent Acquisition email inbox
• Assist with onboarding processes, including background checks and pre-employment requirements
• Produce reports and metrics related to recruiting activity and statistics

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years’ experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a related role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience working in a corporate recruiting or RPO organization
• Strong customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with good interpersonal and telephone skills
