About Perimeter Healthcare

Perimeter Healthcare provides compassionate, high-quality behavioral health services. We are committed to clinical excellence, operational integrity, and a people-first culture.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Benefits / UKG Pro HRIS Analyst to own day-to-day benefits administration while advancing our HR technology, data quality, and reporting. This role blends hands-on benefits operations with systems configuration, integrations, and analytics to improve the employee experience and HR efficiency.

What You’ll Do
  • Administer health & welfare, retirement, leave, COBRA, and ancillary plans; manage eligibility, enrollments, life events, and vendor escalations.
  • Serve as the primary HRIS analyst for core UKG Pro HCM modules (e.g., employee data, benefits, time/attendance); maintain configurations, security, tables, and workflows.
  • Ensure flawless data flows between HRIS, benefits carriers, payroll, and third parties; monitor EDI files and resolve errors quickly.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (headcount, turnover, benefit costs, enrollment, ACA).
  • Support annual open enrollment end‑to‑end: requirements, setup/testing, communications, employee support, and post‑launch validation.
  • Drive compliance—ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, 5500s, nondiscrimination testing—and maintain SOPs and audit controls.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendor partners to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.
  • Provide tier‑2 employee support with empathy, accuracy, and confidentiality; maintain SLAs and knowledge articles.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years in benefits administration and/or HRIS analyst roles in multi‑site organizations.
  • Hands‑on experience configuring and supporting a modern HRIS - UKG Pro required.
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables), data auditing, and HR reporting.
  • Working knowledge of ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, and section 125/cafeteria plans.
  • Vendor management and EDI experience; comfort troubleshooting file errors and reconciliations.
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences; strong customer focus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare or behavioral health; understanding of clinical workforce dynamics (24/7 operations, shift differentials).
  • Open enrollment project leadership; change management and employee communications.
  • Certification(s): SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, CEBS, HRIP, or vendor‑specific HRIS certifications preferred
  • Experience with UKG and Cognos Report writing required
