We are partnering with a leading investment firm to identify a Senior Workday Analyst with deep expertise in Workday Benefits
. This is a fully remote role supporting a sophisticated HRIS environment within a fast-paced, high-performing organization.
The Senior Workday Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for the Workday Benefits module, supporting system configuration, optimization, reporting, and ongoing enhancements. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, a consultative mindset, and experience partnering with HR and Total Rewards teams. Exposure to additional Workday modules is highly desirable.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary Workday SME for the Benefits module
, including configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenancePartner closely with Benefits and HR teams to support open enrollment, life events, vendor integrations, and compliance needs
Lead system enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives
Configure and maintain eligibility rules, plans, rates, and business processes
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Support Workday upgrades, testing cycles, and production deployments
Troubleshoot issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution
Document processes, configurations, and best practices
Experience supporting other Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, or Advanced Reporting
Exposure to financial services, investment management, or professional services environments
Experience working in a multi-entity or complex organizational structure
5+ years of Workday experience with hands-on Benefits module ownership
Strong understanding of benefits administration and HR processes
Proven experience configuring Workday and partnering with functional stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
