** SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant** **(Junior/Medior)
** where you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing and optimizing HR solutions through an
** end-to-end implementation
** of SAP Success Factors EC.You’ll collaborate with clients across industries, guiding them through every stage of their Employee Central journey — from requirements gathering to deployment and long-term adoption. Whether you are a junior or a medior, as long as you hold an EC certificate, this job can be a fit for you!
** Your responsibilities will be:
**** 1. Preparation & Discovery
*** Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze and understand their business requirements
* Advice on solution design and possibilities within Success Factors
* Lead workshops and demos to present the proposed solution
** 2. Design & Configuration
*** Translate business needs into efficient HR processes
* Configure the Employee Central module in Success Factors
* Support testing activities alongside the client and project team to enable seamless adoption of the solution
** 3. Training & Enablement
*** Train clients to drive successful adoption and maximize engagement with the implemented solution
* Develop and deliver tailored training materials to empower end users and ensure confident usage
** 4. Deployment & Relationship Building
*** Lead go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition
* Foster long-term relationships by providing post-deployment guidance and support
** 5. Innovation
*** Stay up to date with SAP Success Factors releases and proactively suggest enhancements to maximize client value.## Your Profile
* Bachelor's or master's degree
* Experience with Success Factors
** EC*
* ** end-to-end project**
* ** Certification in SAP Success Factors EC module is a must
*** A collaborative mindset & customer-oriented attitude to deliver high-quality solutions
* Rigorous & actively listening to satisfy clients through high quality services
