Location: Hybrid work schedule with 4 days in our Rockville, MD, office

Responsibilities

The Recruiter will share fusion

Span's culture and company values, as well as source and build a pool of qualified talent. This individual is data driven, comfortable working autonomously in an agile and fast-paced global environment, while also having strong prioritization and multitasking skills.

  • Source potential talent on Linked In and/or other online platforms
  • Review resumes and manage talent pipeline in ATS
  • Review pre-screened calls to analyze applicants' abilities fitment
  • Interview candidates utilizing various interview methods
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies
  • Write and post job descriptions
  • Draft job offer letters and conduct professional reference checks
  • Identify process improvements to the interview and evaluation process
  • Support office administration tasks in the Rockville office as needed
  • Other projects as needed on the People Team
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of recruitment and sourcing experience for technical roles
  • Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process
  • Technical knowledge to help facilitate conversations with prospects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience recruiting technical resources (e.g. solution architect, business analyst, developers)
  • Experience utilizing job boards, cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms
  • Experience using and managing an applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $100,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and may vary accordingly.
