- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate expectations and sell the opportunity
- Experience recruiting for high-demand sales roles within the technology sector
- Familiarity with the EMEA market and its recruitment dynamics
- A proactive and resilient approach to overcoming recruitment challenges
