We are a specialty staffing agency with an emphasis in providing recruitment services to engineering consulting firms, utility contractors, manufacturers, and construction management companies.

• Base Salary - Commission - Bonus

• Creating and posting job advertisements for open job orders.
• Sourcing candidates for open job orders through proactive means.
• Cold calling candidates to advertise career opportunities.
• Interviewing candidates in vetting out how good of a match they’d be for open job orders.
• Making candidate recommendations for open job orders.
• Scheduling interviews.
• Negotiating employment offers.
• Developing and maintaining a network of candidates.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relatable field of study (business administration, psychology, communications, marketing, etc.)
• Strong computer literacy and experience utilizing common computer software programs.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Intuition skills
• Leveragable connections

• A willingness to put in the extra work when needed
• A positive attitude; there are too many ups and downs in recruiting for negative attitudes
• Taking creative approaches to accomplishing tasks
• An understanding of how your day-to-day tasks influence the big picture

Compensation: $60,000-$100,000 per year
