• Lead the full cycle of sourcing and recruitment (Account managers, PPC specialists, etc.)
• Optimize processes and implement new approaches to recruitment
• Track key recruiting performance indicators and analyze metrics
• Interact with business unit managers on recruitment matters

• Experience of 2 years or more in a similar position/company
• High communication skills
• Attention to people and work

Will be an advantage: 1+ year of experience in a similar role at an IT company or digital agency.
