Position: Freelance Recruitment Consultant (Fully Remote, Commission-Based)

Role Summary

As a Recruitment Consultant
, youll manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement while working with autonomy and purpose. Youll enjoy team support, shared resources (like job ad credits), and opportunities to collaborate
, all within a culture that values integrity, camaraderie, and accountability
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: client intake, sourcing, screening, closing
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike
  • Collaborate with fellow recruiters when needed were stronger together
  • Ensure timely updates and data hygiene in our ATS
  • Uphold our standards of professionalism, ethics, and transparency
  • Occasionally support recruitment marketing initiatives or special projects
Requirements
  • 2 to3+ years of 360 recruitment experience
  • CEI Certification (Singapore) is mandatory
  • Proven sourcing and closing abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently while being a team player
  • Familiar with remote tools and applicant tracking systems
Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA)

  • Join the team in the office at least once a week
  • Spend 2 to 3 hours with the team during that day
