Overview

Permanent Placements is a national legal recruiting firm, headquartered in Chicago. We are looking to expand our Midwest Legal Recruiting practice group by adding a Junior Legal Recruiter, or sales driven professionals with strong knowledge of the legal field, to support our Director and Vice President’s recruiting efforts.

This is a sales/placements driven role. Success depends on your ability to source legal talent, build strong relationships, and close placements for attorneys or professional staff. Candidates will be trained in the ways of sourcing and recruiting. Recruiters will need to be organized, detail oriented, and follow our proven process for success. This role will require candidates to do a high volume of outreach via cold calling, emails, text, and Linked In connections/InMails.

Candidates should bring some experience in legal recruiting or familiarity with law firm environments, legal support staffing, and/or attorney level recruiting.
Candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s degree, live somewhere within the Greater Chicago area (CST), and have 1 year or more of experience in legal recruiting, contract or direct hire.
