Title: IT Corporate Recruiter

Rate: $30–$40/hr

We are seeking an experienced IT Corporate Recruiter to support full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of technical positions. The ideal candidate excels at direct sourcing, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering a smooth, professional candidate experience. This is a fast‑paced role requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse IT and corporate roles.
• Direct‑source niche IT talent through Linked In and other recruitment platforms.

• Create and manage job postings across job boards, internal systems, and social media.
• Proactively build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates.

• Ensure a professional, positive, and timely candidate journey from first contact to offer.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and guide recruitment strategy.
• Provide timely updates to hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in IT recruitment.
• Proven ability to direct‑source IT professionals with niche technical skill sets.
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience with a consistent communication rhythm.
• Prior experience recruiting in a large corporate environment is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
  Workday experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and high attention to detail.
