LHH Legal Search is growing, and we are looking to add Legal Executive Recruiters to our work from home team as part of our Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey group. • Recruiting attorneys for positions with law firms and corporate legal departments
• In-depth interviewing with attorney candidates to assess marketability
• Networking with attorneys and legal professionals
• Extending offers of employment to attorney candidates and negotiating compensation packages
• Assisting all parties in making discreet and informed employment decisions

• Experience practicing law and the desire to move into a sales/recruiting role
• Enthusiasm and personal motivation
• Business acumen and an entrepreneurial edge
• JD required

The compensation for this role is comprised of a recoverable draw, commissions, and benefits package. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. No prior recruiting experience is required.
