This position is remote but you must be located in either Jacksonville, FL or Grand Rapids, MI.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is eager to break into executive search and build a long-term career in recruiting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment, enjoys relationship building, and wants a clear path to becoming a full-desk recruiter.

This position starts with a strong focus on new client development and evolves into managing both clients and candidates as you grow within the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and prospect new client opportunities within targeted industries
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and Linked In to generate new business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Learn the executive search process from end to end
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and leadership to understand client needs
  • Gradually take on candidate sourcing, screening, and placement responsibilities
  • Work toward managing a full recruitment desk as part of your career progression
