Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Global Mobility Business Partner - REMOTE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the experience of employees on international assignments throughout the Americas. By advising HR leaders and stakeholders, you will ensure that mobility strategies are effectively executed, providing guidance on compensation and immigration considerations.
You will blend strategic consulting with operational management, ensuring that both the organization’s needs and the employees’ experiences are met with high quality and efficiency. This role is key in fostering a culture of inclusion and support across diverse teams and functions.
- Serve as the primary global mobility business partner and strategic advisor to senior leaders and HR teams.
- Lead and manage international assignments for the Americas region, focusing on compensation and benefits.
- Oversee international permanent transfers globally, ensuring competitive and optimized mobility programs.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll-impacting data, ensuring accuracy across systems.
- Identify and implement enhancements to mobility programs and processes within HRMS systems.
- Lead cross-functional projects and support M&A-related mobility work streams.
- Design and deliver training on global mobility programs for HR teams and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, law, economics or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Global Mobility program management with international companies.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration, tax, and social security challenges in major markets.
- Experience with HRMS systems, specifically Workday and Service Now.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach with the ability to work independently or in teams.
- Experience in process optimization and improvement is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
