Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Head Hunter
to join our team. This is a remote full-time position
, ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, candidate experience, and delivering professional support.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Head Hunting
  • Receive hiring requests from department managers and clarify job requirements.
  • Create and publish job vacancies on ATS, Linked In, and other platforms.
  • Conduct advanced candidate sourcing through Linked In using Boolean search techniques.
  • Approach and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing.
  • Screen CVs based on job criteria and shortlist qualified profiles.
  • Conduct initial phone/online interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
  • Prepare shortlisted candidate reports with recommendations.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Follow up regularly until the vacancy is successfully closed.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment or Head Hunting (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong Linked In sourcing and talent mapping expertise.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills, especially in remote work.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.
  • Good proficiency in English (verbal & written).
  • Experience using ATS (preferably Zoho Recruit).
