• Build and manage your own recruitment desk within your chosen market
• Lead the full 360 process: business development, sourcing, delivery, and closing
• Develop long‑term client relationships and shape your own portfolio
• Work fully remote from anywhere in Switzerland or the EU
• Operate with the independence of a partner, supported by an established recruitment platform

• Full recruitment infrastructure: ATS, job boards, contracts, invoicing
• Brand presence and marketing support
• A collaborative network of experienced recruiters

• 1–3+ years of agency or 360 recruitment experience
• Strong business‑development skills and confidence in winning clients
• Self‑driven, organised, and comfortable working independently
• Interested in building a long‑term desk with recurring revenue
• Looking for a partnership model rather than a traditional employment contract
