Payroll Administrator

Your key responsibilities

As a part of the Payroll Operate team you will work in the Durban Office on payroll compliance services.

• Microsoft Excel – Intermediate to advanced (x-lookups, pivot)
• Ability to leverage AI in daily activities

• Collate payroll information.
• Process payroll input
• Extract payroll reports and deliverables
• Ad hoc payroll tasks as assigned.

• Matric with bachelor’s pass including Maths or a payroll qualification.
• With at least 3
  -6 years payroll experience inclusive of processing experience.
• Knowledge of Pay Space applications are an advantage.
• Knowledge of South Africa payrolls mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience of Africa payrolls an advantage.
