We’re looking for a Senior SAP HRIS Analyst with deep expertise in SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to help keep our HR and payroll platforms running smoothly — and to make them better every day.

This role sits within IT, and plays a key role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous evolution of our SAP HRIS landscape. You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external partners, acting as both a technical expert and trusted advisor.

  • Lead the configuration, support, and optimization of Success Factors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
  • Own end-to-end HR and payroll functionality, including core HR, organizational management, time data, payroll processing, and statutory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot complex payroll and HR issues such as retro calculations, schema/configuration challenges, and integration errors.
  • Support payroll cycles, testing, upgrades, and critical year-end activities.

IT, Integrations & Systems

  • Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, and quarterly releases, including regression testing.
  • Enable HR and Payroll reporting using standard SAP tools and tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, data privacy standards, and audit requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance, automation, and user experience.
