Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting that momentum by driving hiring, onboarding, and employee development while ensuring every team member feels supported and set up for success.

Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) is required.

How You ll Achieve Success:
  • Manage the full hiring and onboarding process end-to-end.
  • Interview and coordinate candidate scheduling with on-site leadership.
  • Deliver onboarding, orientation, and role-based learning paths.
  • Maintain the LMS and coordinate training schedules with Operations.
  • Support employees and teams through transfers, coaching, and HRIS needs.

Salary Range: $70,000- $75,000 per year
