Atha Enterprises isn't looking for a "paper pusher." We are a high‑octane organization that has seen greater than 100% growth in each of the last three years. We currently have a team of 90 across the Midwest (IN, IL, OH) and a dedicated team of Remote Team Members (RTMs) in the Philippines.
We are looking for a Growth‑Minded HR Specialist to take the reins of our HR function. You will start as our Department Lead, reporting directly to the COO, with a clear, performance‑based roadmap to executive leadership (VP and CPO levels) as we scale toward 250+ employees.
The Role:What You’ll Do
You will be the heartbeat of our "One Team" culture. Your mission is to ensure that whether a team member is a technician in Ohio or an RTM in the Philippines, they have a world‑class employee experience.
- Talent Acquisition: Own the hiring pipeline. We are growing fast; you need to find the right people to keep the engine running.
- Payroll & Benefits: Work closely with our CFO to manage multi‑state payroll and optimize our benefits package.
- Operational Excellence: Manage attendance tracking and HRIS data with precision.

Collaboration:
Partner with the President of our Maintenance Company to align HR initiatives with technician profitability and performance. - Global Integration: Work with the President of Philippine Operations to ensure our RTMs are fully integrated into our culture—we don't do "locals vs. virtuals," we do One Team
