The CAP Consulting is a boutique search firm founded in 2014 and is well established in the recruitment/search industry covering the finance, PE and commodity trading sector. It is now looking to recruit a self-driven and adaptable recruitment coordinator to join its growing team.

In this role, you will work with a seasoned consultant who is well established in the search/ recruitment industry. The search firm thrives in a flexible, fast-paced, client-centric, and results-orientated culture that focuses on delivering results to both our clients and candidates in a timely fashion. The co offers autonomy and support a flexible work arrangement or part-time arrangement if this is required.

For this role, we are looking for a candidate who can work 4 to 5 hours daily (during office hours) on a 5 days’ work week basis. The work can be done from home or in an office (based in Suntec).

Responsibilities
  • Place written advertisements onto the various ad portals
  • Prepare candidate reports formatting
  • Arrange interviews for candidates with clients and consultants
  • Prepare placement invoices to clients
  • Update CVS in the database
  • Assist in reference checks on placed candidates.
  • Perform data entry or doc upload into systems/portals
  • Conduct prelim search on potential cands for open roles and perform initial candidate screening (if the cand is CEI certified)
  • Provide other support/admin support
Requirements
  • Min 2 years of experience gained as a Recruitment Coordinator/executive doing recruitment admin/support work gained with a search firm or in the HR department of a corporate. Candidates who are CEI certified are preferred
  • Able to commit to working 4 to 5 hours daily of work (during office hours) on a 5-day work week basis. The work can be done from home or in an office (based in Suntec).
  • Has a customer-focused mindset. Very independent, self-driven with a great sense of ownership.
  • Has good time management and multi-tasking skills. Adapt well to a dynamic environment
  • Professional and meticulous
  • Has a positive and can-do type of attitude
  • Has good EQ/ people skills coupled with strong communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word doc
