OverviewHR Business Partner
(Remote)
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders—aligning people strategies with operational and financial goals while helping teams thrive. In this highly visible role, you’ll blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, providing consultative support across workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development, and complex employee relations. You’ll collaborate with locations across the United States and with HR COE teams to deliver practical, compliant, and people‑focused solutions that drive business success and a positive employee experience.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with operational and financial objectives and translate people data into actionable insights.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, headcount strategy, and role clarity to enable effective team performance.
- Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, team effectiveness, and culture initiatives across a multi‑state environment.
- Guide resolution of complex or high‑risk employee relations matters, including investigations, discipline, and terminations, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Partner on talent processes such as promotions, succession planning, internal mobility, and merit or pay decisions.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations to ensure compliant and effective execution of HR programs and processes.

What we’re looking forWe’re seeking a collaborative, business‑minded HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, operational environment and is passionate about influencing leaders and strengthening teams.
- A bachelor’s degree and 7‑10 years of progressive HR experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Demonstrated success partnering with leaders, supported by strong business and financial acumen.
- Experience supporting multi‑location, frontline, or high‑volume work forces across multiple leadership levels.
- The ability to influence without authority, coach leaders effectively, and navigate complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and fairness.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and change‑management skills, along with comfort working both independently and collaboratively across HR teams.
- Solid understanding of employment laws, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro (preferred).
