Our client is seeking a potential candidate to join their team to develop custom forms and applications using Microsoft Forms and Power Apps to facilitate data collection and management. As a Digitization Specialist, you will engage with HR and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
HR Digitization Consultant (Power BI / Power Automate)100% Remote What’s the Job?We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy HR Digitization consultant to streamline and digitize our HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Forms, Power Apps, Power BI, etc. and Adobe Sign. This role requires no prior HR background but demands experience in stakeholder management and creating user-friendly interfaces.
What’s Needed?- Proven experience in using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Power BI, and Adobe Sign.
- Project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in designing user-friendly interfaces and applications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train and support non-technical users.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
