The Senior Sales Recruiter for our Peripheral Vascular division (formerly known as Inari) will source, interview, and ultimately hiretop talent to join our high-performing salesforce. Additional responsibilities  
* Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection management, and offer execution.
* Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, proactively build talent pipelines, and engage in ongoing market, competitive, and industry research to inform hiring recommendations.
* Utilize recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates, track pipelines, and maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting.
* Leverage market data, competitive intelligence, and provide hiring recommendations including market trends and analytics.
* Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to define hiring needs, drive interview processes, facilitate debriefs, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
* Mentor and train recruiters and hiring managers on recruiting processes, sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and talent selection tools.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policies, employee benefit offerings, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

**** Required qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of additional equivalent experience
* 4+ years of work experience
** Preferred qualifications
*** 2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, orrole-related experience
* 2+ years of full cycle sales recruiting experience
* Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Linked In Recruiter, job boards and direct sourcing/outreach
* Experience in Workday, Hired Score, Paradox and/or other ATS systems and recruiting technologies
* Experience supporting medical device or life sciences recruitment $77,700 - $168,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
