Our client is a recruitment company with a difference. For nearly a decade they have been delivering their innovative recruitment solution to over 4,000 companies in the UK.

And they’re hiring.

Your day to day function will be as a recruiter. You know the role and how to be successful in it. You will be in charge of delivering high quality recruitment campaigns, looking after multiple vacancies at a time.

Think of it a bit like an internal recruiter, freelancing for multiple different companies at the same time.

All systems, tools and training will be provided in order for you to do your job properly.

As mentioned, no sales or new business is required on your part. The sales teams bring on the clients and it is your job to deliver the recruitment campaign.

• Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience
  - Strong preference for white collar experience
• Fantastic telephone manner
• Thorough grasp of boolean searching
• Capable of using an ATS
• A suitable work from home set up.

• Fully Remote Working
• Base Salary of R25k
  -R35k DOE
• Plus OTE of R10k additional per month
• 15 days paid holiday
