◇ Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR, recruitment, talent, people partnering, leadership, or related professional roles.
Experience engaging senior professionals in meaningful discussions.
Strong listening, questioning, and relationship-building capability.
Commercial awareness and comfort working within performance-linked compensation models.
Self-directed, organised, and confident working remotely.
Interest in leadership development and continuous learning.
