Healthcare Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support hiring across a hospital system in the Boston area. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract and hire high-quality clinical and non-clinical healthcare talent. The position is hybrid
, combining on-site and remote work.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of healthcare roles, including clinical and allied health positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and organizational fit
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards
• Track recruiting activity and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience
  , with a strong focus on healthcare recruiting
• Experience recruiting in a hospital or healthcare system environment strongly preferred
• Familiarity with clinical roles, licensure requirements, and credentialing processes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
