• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer execution
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies while building talent pipelines
• Utilize recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment metrics
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to define hiring needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Mentor and train recruiters and hiring managers on recruiting processes and techniques

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of additional equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of work experience
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Linked In Recruiter and job boards
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
• Familiarity with medical device or life sciences recruitment

• 2+ years of business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience
• 2+ years of full‑cycle sales recruiting experience
• Experience with tools such as Workday, Hired Score, Paradox, or similar ATS systems
