What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage Workday Security across all HR modules, ensuring user access and data integrity
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex system problems in collaboration with IT
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and audits to maintain functionality and security
  • Develop and implement HR system project specifications and timelines, ensuring project success
  • Educate and train users on HR system functionalities and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience in human resources systems, including human capital management
  • Strong understanding of Workday functionality, modules, and configuration
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues
  • Experience in developing and maintaining system solutions and reports
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Workday Reporting
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems and data management tools
  • Proven ability to create custom reports and visual data‑driven solutions
  • Strong communication skills to effectively address issues with employees and management
  • Knowledge of best practices for security and compliance in HR systems
