Job Summary
The HR Administrator supports day-to-day human resources operations by managing onboarding, employee documentation, timekeeping support, payroll-related tasks, and compliance requirements. This role serves as a key point of contact for new hires and existing employees, ensuring HR processes are completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with company standards. The HR Administrator works closely with management, payroll, and Home Office to maintain employee records, support audits, and ensure a smooth employee experience throughout the season.
This position is a part-time hourly role.
- Coordinate and run job fairs and orientations in cooperation with the management team.
- Communicate with new hires and manage onboarding from start to finish.
- Compile, administer, and distribute all required HR documentation to new hires and returning employees.
- Verify correct pay rates for new hires during onboarding.
- Maintain constant communication with management to ensure onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- File and maintain accurate personnel records in accordance with company and legal requirements.
- Track all required employee work cards and certifications (e.g., health and alcohol cards) and notify employees prior to expiration.
- Complete all applicable verifications of employment.
- Complete all HR audits required by Home Office.
- Review MyStaff daily for missing time punches and follow up as needed.
- Assist employees with Compass Time App questions and paystub inquiries.
- Ensure all staff are paid correctly in MyStaff for training, orientation, and Creating Legends.
- Oversee end‑of‑season HR administrative processes, including sending end‑of‑season letters, preparing and tracking returning employee surveys, and maintaining accurate records related to seasonal transitions.
- Work collaboratively with managers, payroll, and HR leadership to ensure consistent and compliant HR operations.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee HR‑related questions and administrative support.
