DescriptionWe’re a rocket‑ship cybersecurity startup, and we need someone to help us scale without losing our magic. We’re looking for a high‑energy, people‑loving, super‑organized Office Manager & HR Ops lead to own and build the employee experience s isn’t a "keep the lights on" role. You’ll be building, improving, and automating how we run People Ops and the office—while being the person everyone trusts and relies on.
One day you’re designing onboarding flows, the next you’re planning the swag drops, solving employee issues, or making the office feel amazing – and it all matters. You will work 4 days a week from our NY Office.

What you will do- People lover with high EQ – you genuinely enjoy helping and building relationships
- Super organized, detail‑oriented, juggles priorities in a fast startup
- Tech‑oriented and automation‑minded – loves systems and making things better
- Handles office ops and Employee
Experience:
weekly kitchen orders, swag coordination, space management, vendor relationships - Owns the employee lifecycle – onboarding, changes, offboarding, data accuracy
- Supports employees with HR questions – approachable, discreet, trustworthy
- Jumps in on whatever needs doing, big or small
- Proactive, hands‑on "can‑do" person everyone counts on
- Handles confidential information with discretion
- 3+ years in Office Management/HR Ops/People Ops/Employee Experience
- Experience building HR processes, ideally in tech hyper‑growing startups
- Strong skills with HR systems, tools and automations
- Amazing organizational skills and attention to detail
- High EQ – great with people and builds relationships easily
- A "can‑do" attitude and the ability to move fast
- Problem‑solver and self‑starter
- Thrives in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments
- Love the energy and pace of a high‑growth startup
