The DC office of a large national law firm is actively screening candidates for an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and recruiting support to a very busy team. About

the Job:
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication surrounding interviews.
  • Generate reports and summaries through internal recruitment software, and prepare agendas and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Assist with identifying candidates for job opportunities and organizing promotional materials.
  • Support recruiting activities by assisting with career days and on-campus activities.
  • Process travel reimbursement expenses, organize files, and distribute mail.

  • Experienced. You are degreed and have at least two (2) or more years of attorney recruiting experience.
  • Committed. You have a strong work ethic and the desire to create quality work.
  • Communicator. You have an effective verbal and written communication style and the poise to interact with attorneys at all levels in the firm.
  • Flexible. You are willing to work overtime and travel when needed.
