As a recruiter specializing in blue-collar roles (primarily appliance repair and refrigeration technicians), you'll have the freedom to operate on your own terms without sourcing tools or additional support. If you're skilled at sourcing talent through creativity, networking, and proactive engagement, we want to work with you!

• Independent Sourcing: Use your network, research skills, and creativity to identify and connect with high-quality blue-collar candidates.
• Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with candidates, keeping an open and honest line of communication.
• Match Talent to Roles: Quickly understand our clients' needs and assess candidates to find the perfect match.
• Drive Placements: Utilize your hunting skills to make placements happen, without needing extra support or tools.

• Full Autonomy: Set your schedule and approach, and manage your work independently.
• Growth Potential: As we expand, you have the potential to grow with us and work on more specialized roles.

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on blue-collar or skilled trades roles.
• A true "hunter" mindset with a passion for finding talent in hard-to-reach places.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage your recruitment pipeline.

• $2,500 - $10,000 per month
