What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Complete full cycle semi‑monthly and monthly payroll for salaried HQ and regional employees
  • Administer monthly payroll for global regional staff through global payroll providers and employer of records
  • Assist with year‑end payroll reporting and compliance with local labor legislation
  • Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefit records in Bamboo

    HR and Share Point
  • Support the implementation and improvement of Total Rewards policies and initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Bamboo

    HR) and payroll platforms (ADP) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a strong preference
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Working toward Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or equivalent certification
  • Certified Human Resources Professional and a member of the relevant HR body in your country
  • International NGO or multi‑country payroll experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
